“I would highly recommend Janis from Pets Homes and Gardens. She has looked after my cat whilst I have been on holiday by coming in and feeding Freddie. Janis keeps me updated at all times sending me messages and videos showing how well Freddie is doing.
I also have a little dog Ellie and Janis has come several times to sit with Ellie when I have had to leave her for any period of time. It is obvious that Janis loves animals and both Freddie and Ellie are very happy with her company.
Janis has also helped me with a vet visit for both Freddie and Ellie, she is very kind.

“When I first met Janis she told me all about herself and the business, showing her certificates and insurance details. She communicated promptly and regularly before and during my holiday.
Janis is a friendly lady who genuinely likes cats! I was reassured when we met that she would look after my two cats very well. Janis sent me videos every day whilst I was on holiday so I could see how they were doing.

“We had Janis stay in our house for one week to look after our doggies – 4 year old nervous Connie and our playful energetic Bailey. On first introduction meeting, Janis calmly and friendly met the doggies and completely put our minds to rest. Whilst we were away Janis continued all the doggies normal daily activities so that their lives were not disrupted whilst we were away. Sending us twice daily video and updates on their walks and relaxation at home. I don’t think they even missed us! I will continue to use Janis, having already rebooked dates, she is a superstar and obviously has a natural kind way with animals. She is totally trustworthy in my home and cleaned up after the messy pups which was really appreciated and nice to come home to. Good clear communications, reliable and local.”

“We have a very nervous, sensitive Cockapoo called Oscar, and it was hard to find a solution when we went away as he would get so upset.
A relative recommended Janice to me. Janice is highly trained and came to meet Oscar to go through all his needs and she agreed he was best in his home. It was lovely to see them bonding and for her to understand his needs.
We have been away several times and love the daily videos we get. They have a lovely bond and we are therefore able to enjoy our holidays knowing our little pup is safe and happy!

“Janis recently looked after our two elderly cats in our home for ten days, visiting three times a day. She clearly loves animals and wants to give them the best care possible. She sent video updates of our cats to us so we could see how they were and always confirmed they were well at the end of each day. Janis also offered to water our house and outdoor plants while we were away. She left the house clean and tidy.
